摘要
以石墨粉和铅锑合金为原料,TiO_2为烧结助剂,采用热压烧结工艺制备石墨粉/铅锑合金复合材料。研究石墨粉对铅锑合金在力学性能和电学性能上的影响。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察复合材料的相组成及其微结构,并分析了复合材料的导电机理。考察了石墨粉含量、烧结助剂TiO_2含量对所制备的复合材料组织及性能的影响。结果发现:随着石墨粉含量的增加,复合材料的相对密度降低,弯曲强度增大,电阻率降低,介电损耗先减小后增大。烧结助剂TiO_2含量为3. 0%时,复合材料强度适宜,导电性能良好。
With graphite powder and lead antimony alloy as raw materials, TiO2 as sintering additive, graphite/Pb-Sb alloy composite was prepared by hot pressing sintering. The effect of graphite powder on mechanical properties and electrical properties of Pb-Sb alloy was studied. The phase composition and microstructure of the composites were observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the conductive mechanism of the composites was analyzed. The effects of the content of graphite powder and the content of TiO2 on the microstructure and properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that with the increase of graphite powder content, the relative density of composite decreases, bending strength increases, resistivity decreases, dielectric loss decreases firstly and then increases. The composite material has good strength and good conductivity when the sintering additive TiO2 content is 3%.
