石漠化强度与空间开发适宜性关系研究——以贵州省盘州市为例

摘要 为科学规划盘州市社会经济发展任务,实现国土空间有序开发与区域生态、经济、社会和谐可持续发展目标。以贵州省喀斯特地貌广泛发育的盘州市为研究区,运用RS与GIS空间地理信息技术,整合社会与经济发展数据,按照《市县经济社会发展总体规划技术规范与编制导则(试行)》中三类空间划分方法,评价盘州市空间开发适宜性。研究结果表明:盘州市石漠化分布较广,面积达1059. 90 km^2,已发生石漠化等级主要以轻度、中度为主;盘州市适合开发面积共占国土面积26. 08%,市域内土地资源有限且土层浅薄,区域发展潜力小;参考石漠化综合防治治理模式与地方发展实际,提出在轻度以下石漠化-适宜及较适宜开发地区发展刺梨、核桃、软籽石榴等为主的特色规模种植业,特色产品加工业、战略新兴产业、新型建材等产业,在中度以上石漠化-适宜及较适宜开发地区,禁止大规模毁林开山等非国家重大基础设施、非重大民生保障项目建设开发行为等决策建议。 For the scientific planning of the socio-economic development task , achieving goals that orderly development of land spatial, harmonious and sustainable development of ecology, economy and social.The study takes the Pan city in Guizhou Province as the study area.To evaluate the suitability of spacial exploit used space the geospatial information technology RS and GIS, integrated social and economic development data based town, agriculture, ecological space division method in a technical specifications and guidelines about aggregate planning of urban and county economic and social development. The results show that: rocky desertification is widely distributed in Pan city and mainly in mild and moderate levels, covering an area of 1059. 90km^2 The land resources in the city are limited, the soil is shallow, and the regional development potential is small. Some suggestions that could development of characteristic scale planting industrythe just as Grossularia Burejensis Berger, Walnut, Soft Seed Pomegranate and characteristic product processing industry, strategic emerging industries, new building materials in the area of rocky desertification is mild, latent and no rocky. Prohibit some construction and development behavior that large-scale deforestation and non major national infrastructure, non major livelihood protection project in the area of rocky desertification is moderate, strong and more strong.
