不同类型溶液对再生混凝土粗骨料的改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别利用硅烷溶液、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和水玻璃3种溶液作为化学改性剂,通过采用化学试剂浸泡法对再生混凝土粗骨料(RCA)进行了改性研究,考察了3种不同类型的溶液对RCA吸水率、RCA的压碎指标值等性能指标的影响。并且,还对3种改性剂的浸泡时间及浓度进行了最优化处理。实验结果表明,经过3种溶液的改性后,RCA的各项基本性能指标均有所改善,其中,对三者各自的溶液浓度及浸泡时间综合考察认为,在PVA溶液浓度为9%,浸泡28 h时,较另两类溶液改性情况而言能达到更好的效果。 Respectively using silane solution, polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA) and three kinds of sodium silicate solution as a chemical modifier, by adopting chemical reagent soaking method of recycled concrete aggregate ( RCA) studied the modification, looked at the three different types of solution of RCA water absorption, RCA crushing index value and other performance indicators. And, soaking time and concentration of three kinds of modifier on the optimization process. The experimental results show that after modification of the three solution, the basic performance index of RCA was improved , among them, three of their respective solution concentration and immersion time in the comprehensive survey, the PVA concentration was 9%, for 28h, than the other two kinds of solution modified case can achieve the modification effect better.
