摘要
为了提高包装纸盒在生产线上喷码效率和检测不合格率的正确率,提高生产效率,减少用时时间。本文在充分考察包装纸盒在喷码检测生产线上的现场环境和相关的每一步的工艺要求,设计出一套基于PLC控制的包装纸盒自动喷码与自动检测系统。该系统主要分为吸盘移载机构、皮带输送机构、喷码机构、扫码检测机构等硬件设备,设计了伺服驱动器的驱动芯片电路和整个系统,在控制系统方面利用C#语言进行了上位机、PLC控制器以及伺服驱动器的以太网通信的Socket连接,并且利用面向对象语言编写了人机界面程序,并利用容错策略进行了喷码扫码故障和检测控制。通过实际实验结果分析,在每组500次实验过程中,一次喷码合格率都大于99%,并且重要的是喷码不合格品检测出来的概率为100%,而且每一个包装箱的整个喷码与检测控制在10 s左右。本文设计的基于PLC控制的包装纸盒的喷码与扫码检测系统喷码效率高,检测准确率高,平均使用时间较少,在喷码检测系统方面提供一个很好借鉴方法,具有很好的应用前景。
In order to improve the efficiency of the packaging carton in the production line and to detect the unqualified rate, increase the production efficiency and reduce the time. In this paper, a set of automatic code and automatic detection system based on PLC control is designed based on every step of the process of field environment and related requirements, design a set of the packaging carton based on PLC control automatically printing and automatic detection system. Institutions, the system is mainly divided into suction cup transfer belt transport agencies, institutions, and code inspection agencies, such as hardware, design of the servo driver drive chip circuit and the whole system, in terms of control system using c # language to the PC , PLC controller and the servo drives the Ethernet communication Socket connection , and the use of object-oriented language. Write a man-machine interface program, the faulttolerant strategy is used for the fault scanning and detection control. Through the actual experiment results analysis, in the process of each group of 500 experiments, a stenciling qualified rate is more than 99%, and it is important to spurt the code nonconforming product detected probability of 100%, and each of the packing printing and inspecting the entire control at about 10s. Detection system based on PLC control of packaging carton printing and printing code designed in this paper has high efficiency, high detection rate, average use less time, in the code detection system provides a good reference method , has the very good application prospect.
