摘要
目的 探讨以临床病例为依托的CPBL教学法在麻醉学本科实习教学中的应用的效果。方法选取2013、2014级在本院实习的麻醉专业本科学生72人,按自然班级分为LBL组(2013级)和CPBL组(2014级)两组,每组各36人。LBL组按传统方法进行实习带教,CPBL组除日常实习工作外,安排CPBL教学。实习结束后,两组同学均进行基础理论和病例分析考核,以及相关问卷调查。结果 CPBL组学生在综合分析问题能力、自学能力、探索兴趣、查阅文献能力方面比LBL组有明显的优势。结论CPBL教学法在麻醉学本科实习同学日常带教中的实施,可以激发学生的临床实习兴趣,增强解决临床麻醉中实际问题的能力,同时也极大的提高了学生的自信,是一种可以大力推广的一种教学方法。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical case-based CPBL teaching method in undergraduate practice teaching of Anesthesiology. Methods 72 undergraduate students majored in Anesthesiology ( grade 2013 and 2014) were selected and divided into two groups according to the natural class, LBL group (grade 2013) and CPBL group ( grade 2014), with 36 students in each group.The LBL group was instructed with traditional teaching method, while the CPBL group was carried out CPBL teaching method based on routine practice arrangements. At the end of internship, both groups of students were assessed with basic theories and case analysis, and were surveyed with relevant questionnaires. Results The scores of CPBL group in comprehensive analysis ability, self-study ability, interest exploration and literature review ability were significantly higher than that of LBL group.Conclusions CPBL is an effective teaching method, which is worth recommending. CPBL could stimulate students' interest in clinical practice, enhance their ability to solve practical problems in clinical anesthesia,and greatly improve students' confidence.
