军队医院是军队医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,是实施平时和战时卫生勤务的主要力量。综合评价是医院日常运营管理中的重要内容,对明确医院下一阶段的发展目标具有指导作用。现阶段军队医院评价是在地方医院评价研究的基础上发展而来,伴随新时期下军队医院使命任务的变化,综合评价内涵发生巨大变化,但也面临着诸多问题。从应用功能角度探讨新时期军队医院综合评价研究进展,对我国制定军队医院综合评价标准的内涵进行深入思考。

Military hospitals are an important part of the military health system and are the main force in the implementation of peacetime and wartime health services.Comprehensive evaluation is an important part of the daily operation management of the hospital,and it plays a guiding role in clarifying the development goals of the next stage of the hospital.At present,the evaluation of military hospitals is based on the evaluation of local hospitals. With the changes in the missions and tasks of military hospitals in the new era,the connotation of comprehensive evaluation has undergone tremendous changes,but it also faces many problems.From the perspective of application function,the research progress of comprehensive evaluation of military hospitals in the new era was discussed, and the connotation of formulating comprehensive evaluation standards for military hospitals in China was deeply explored.
