基于SWOT分析法的公立医院学科评估与建设

Practical Exploration of Subject Evaluation and Construction in Public Hospitals Based on SWOT Analysis

随着国家医改的深入推进,我国公立医院仍然面临发展瓶颈,特别是“夹心层”医院。应用SWOT分析法,分析南通大学附属医院学科建设与发展优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面,把学科建设与发展放在首位,建立评估标准,开展学科评估,加强投入和建设,取得一定成效,为“夹心层”医院的建设和发展提供参考。

With the deepening of national health reform,public hospitals in our country are still facing development bottlenecks,especially “sandwich” class hospitals.The affiliated hospital of Nantong university applied SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the hospital,giving priority to discipline construction and development,establishing evaluation standards,carrying out discipline evaluation, strengthening investment and construction,and achieving certain results,which can provide reference for the construction and development of sandwich-layer hospitals.
