摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学发展和实施人才战略的重要环节,带教师资的能力水平决定住院医师规范化培训效能的高低。运用胜任力理论构建住院医师带教师资培训胜任力模型,并开展实证研究,为打造住院医师带教师资建设体系奠定基础。
Resident standardized training is a vital part in the medical development and the implementation of talent strategy.The ability of teachers determines the efficiency of resident standardized training.This paper intended to use the competency theory to construct teaching staff training for resident standardized training and carry out empirical research to lay the foundation for building teaching staff training for resident standardized training system.
