摘要
简述了质谱仪的原理和结构,结合常用的采样和预处理系统的构成讨论了可能出现的隐患及解决方法,并结合某乙烯装置着重探讨了在裂解炉上色谱仪和质谱仪的对比应用。
The principle and structure of mass spectrometer are briefly described. The potential hazards and solutions are discussed in combination with the composition of common sampling and pretreatment systems. The comparative application of mass spectrometer and chromatograph in ethylene cracking furnace is emphatically discussed.
