摘要
从工作原理、压力模式、测量方式几个方面研究了福禄克PPC4压力控制器的工作过程,分析PPC4设备的动态和静态压力的控制过程,实现压力变送器检定/校准的自动化操作。PPC4提高了压力仪表检定/校准的工作效率以及操作准确度,简化了计量工作流程,降低了工作强度,保障了科研生产任务的顺利进行。
The working process of PPC4 pressure controller is studied from the aspects of working principle,pressure mode and measurement mode. The dynamic and static pressure control process of PPC4 equipment is analyzed to realize the automatic operation of pressure transmitter verification/calibration. PPC4 improves the work efficiency and operation accuracy of pressure instrument verification and calibration,simplifies the measurement workflow,reduces the work intensity,and ensures the smooth progress of scientific research and production tasks.
