摘要
简单介绍了LNG接收站的现代化工艺技术和国内外发展趋势,同时提出了LNG接收站超低温球阀的设计难点。通过CFD计算流体力学软件,模拟对超低温下阀门的核心零部件,进行了详细分析确定了超低球阀核心零部件的理论数据,为实现阀门的整体性能奠定了坚实基础。
This article briefly introduces the modern technological process and the development trend both in international and domestic of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal. The design difficulties of LNG terminal cryogenic ball valve are pointed at the same time. The Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation software is used to analyze the core parts of the valve in low temperature, the theoretical data of the core parts of the cryogenic ball valve were determined,established a solid foundation in order to achieve the overall performance of the valve.
