摘要
利用共沉淀法合成了以Sm^3+为敏化离子,Dy^3+,Eu^3+为激活离子共掺杂SrWO4荧光粉,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、荧光分析仪对荧光粉的形貌、物相结构及发光性能进行了表征及分析。结果表明,在394nm波长激发下,Sm^3+浓度为1.5mmol/L时SrWO4荧光粉发光性能最好,样品色坐标为(0.338,0.342),接近标准白光色坐标(0.33,0.33)。因此,通过调控敏化离子Sm^3+浓度可以实现SrWO4荧光粉色坐标的红移,在暖白光LED材料的应用研究上具有一定的意义。
Co-precipitation method was used to synthesize SrWO4 phosphors using Sm3+ as sensitizing ion, and Dy^3+ and Eu^3+ as activating ion. The morphology, phase structure and luminescent properties of the phosphors were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X- ray diffraction and fluorescence analyzer. The results show that under the excitation of 394 nm light, SrWO4 phosphorswithSm3+concentrationof1.5mol/Lhavethebestluminescentproperties. Itscolorcoordinatesare(0.338,0.342), close to the standard white light coordinates (0. 33, 0. 33). Therefore, the red shift of SrWO4 phosphor coordinates can be achieved by adjusting the concentration of Sm3+ sensitized ions, which has a certain significance in the application of warm white LED materials.
