Sustainable Way to Develop Coal Chemical Industry in Mining Area

摘要 针对目前煤化工行业高耗能、高耗水、不能消化劣质煤等特点,探索煤化工行业的可持续发展之路。尤其对于在矿区上马的煤化工项目,更应该结合自身特点探索可持续发展之路。首先,结合矿区煤质特点选择合适的气化技术,优先考虑矿区的劣质粉煤;其次必须探索矿井水和化工废水的高效清洁利用方法;再次,对大型公用工程、工艺系统、设备选型等进行全面筛选、对比、优化、改造,全面降低能耗;另外,尽量选取废弃的排渣场地为项目建设用地,把原有排矸铁路线改造成为原料输入和产品输出线,充分利用闲置资源,大大节约土地资源。这一系列措施,节约了宝贵的资源和大量的资金,也尝试探索一条我国矿区发展煤化工产业的特色之路,对于我国矿区可持续发展、新型煤化工产业发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 Considering the high energy and water consumption,and unable to digest inferior coal of the coal chemical industry,it is a hot spot to explore the sustainable development road of coal chemical industry,especially for that in the mining area.Firstly,select the appropriate gasification technology,combining the coal quality characteristics of the mining area,for priority to the inferior coal.Secondly,explore the efficient and clean utilization method of mine water and chemical waste water.Third,the large public engineering,process system,and equipment selection are comprehensively screened,contrasted,optimized and transformed.In addition,the waste dumping site is selected as the project construction land.And the original waste railway line is transformed into the raw material input and product output line,the idle resources are fully utilized,and the land resources are greatly saved.This series of measures have saved valuable resources and large amount of funds,and try to explore a way to develop the coal chemical industry in China mining area,which is reference for the sustainable development of mining area and the new coal chemical industry in China.
