山东省医学生志愿服务的现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Voluntary Service of Medical Students in Shandong Province

现有研究很少关注医学生这一具有特殊专业背景的志愿者群体,对境内医学生志愿服务的现状也缺乏实证调查。本研究以山东省内五所医学院校为样本,采取问卷调查的方法,对医学生志愿服务的参与情况、内容与形式、参与动机、招募渠道、保障措施以及满意度等内容进行调研,考察医学生志愿服务所存在的问题。结合调研结果,从丰富志愿服务内容、采取有效激励措施、健全招募和培训机制以及完善志愿服务的法律保障四个方面探讨提升医学生志愿服务实效性的具体措施。

The existing research pays little attention to medical students,the group of volunteers with special professional background,and lacks empirical surveys on the status quo of domestic medical students’ volunteer service.Based on the data from the five medical colleges in Shandong Province,this study used a questionnaire survey method to investigate the participation,content and form,motivation,recruitment methods,safeguard measures and satisfaction of medical students’ volunteer services,so as to reveal the predicaments of volunteering services of medical students.Then,it proposes countermeasures to improve the quality of medical students’ volunteer service by enriching the content of medical students’ volunteer service,adopting effective incentive measures,perfecting the recruitment and training mechanism of voluntary organizations,and strengthening the legal protection of volunteer service.
