摘要
目的探讨结合Mini-CEX的形成性评价在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法将2017年6月~2018年11月在西安交通大学第二附属医院消化内科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名医生分为对照组(30名)及观察组(30名),观察组采用结合Mini-CEX的形成性评价法进行教学,对照组采用传统带教法进行教学。比较两组医生在入科及出科时Mini-CEX测评分值及对教学形式的认可程度。结果 Mini-CEX观察组在出科时医疗面谈、体格检查、沟通技能、临床判断、人文关怀、组织效能、整体表现等7个方面的分值均高于对照组(P<0.05),且该组规培医师对该教学形式、考核形式及教学效果的认可度高于对照组。结论结合Mini-CEX的形成性评价应用于消化内科住院医师规范化培训能够显著提高住院医师的临床能力,可以在临床教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application and effect of Mini-CEX combining with formative evaluation in Gastroenterology residents standardized training.Methods 60 residents who received standardized resident training in Department of Gastroenterology from June 2017 to November 2018 in Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).The control group was given the traditional teaching method.The observation group was given the traditional teaching method and the Mini-CEX combining with formative evaluation.The Mini-CEX scores and the degree of recognition of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The Mini-CEX observation group had higher scores in medical interview,physical examination,communication skills,clinical judgment,humanistic care,organizational effectiveness and overall performance than the control group( P <0.05),and the recognition of the teaching form,assessment form and teaching effect of the training group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of Mini-CEX combining with formative evaluation in the gastroenterology residents’ standardized training can significantly improve the clinical ability of resident physicians,and can be popularized in clinical teaching.
