基于临床医学专业《内科学》急诊医学课程导入急救技术体系的教学实践

Teaching Practice of Introducing Emergency Medical Course of Internal Medicine into Emergency Technical System Based on Clinical Medicine Major

急诊医学是一门"实战性"很强的学科,其教学应建立在"实训"基础上,其中又以急救技能的培训最为重要。当前,应试教育模式已经蔓延到医学教育领域,我们需要改变灌输式的教学方式,将应试教育转变为能力教育,因此,以临床为导向,在临床医学专业《内科学》急诊医学课程中导入急救技能体系的教学内容,是一次有益的教学改革创新的尝试,它有利于培养学生的临床思维能力和急救技能,可进一步提高教学质量。

Emergency medicine is a very practical subject,its teaching should be based on “practical training”,First aid skills training is the most important.At present,the exam-oriented education model has spread to the field of medical education,we need to change the indoctrinating teaching method and transform exam-oriented education into competency education.Therefore,it is a beneficial attempt of teaching reform and innovation to introduce the teaching content of first-aid skill system in the emergency medicine course of internal medicine of clinical medicine specialty with clinical orientation,It is beneficial to cultivate students’ clinical thinking and first aid skills,and can further improve the quality of teaching.
