基于美国MCAT教学法的翻转课堂教学模式的构建及其在《内科学》教学中的应用 被引量:4

Construction of Flipped Classroom Teaching Model Based on MCAT Teaching Method in the United States and Its Application in the Teaching of Internal Medicine

摘要 目的构建基于美国MCAT教学法的翻转课堂教学模式,将其应用于《内科学》教学中,并对教学效果进行分析比较。方法2018年3月~2018年7月,采取随机数字表法,将126名临床医学专业的本科生,分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组采取讲授法进行教学,观察组采取基于美国MCAT教学法的翻转课堂教学模式进行教学。教学完成后,以观察组学生作为调查对象,调查学生对新教学模式的学习体会。以两组学生为调查对象,比较学生的学习效果和《内科学》的期末成绩。结果在观察组学生学习体会方面,学生在教学环节设计良好等7项的认可率均在95%以上。在两组学生的学习效果比较和《内科学》的期末成绩比较方面,观察组学生的调查和测试结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取基于美国MCAT教学法的翻转课堂教学模式进行教学,有效提高了《内科学》的教学效果。 Objective To construct the flipped classroom teaching model of MCAT teaching method in the United States,apply it to the teaching process of internal medicine,and analyze and compare the teaching effect.Methods From March 2018 to July 2018,126 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group was taught by lecturing.The observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on MCAT teaching method in the United States.After the completion of teaching,students in the observation group were investigated to investigate their learning experience of the new teaching mode.Taking two groups of students as the survey objects,the study effect of students and the final score of “internal medicine” were compared.Results In terms of the learning experience of students in the observation group,the recognition rate of 7 items,such as well-designed teaching links,was more than 95%.In terms of the comparison of the learning effect between the two groups and the final score of internal medicine,the investigation and test results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model based on MCAT teaching method in the United States is adopted for teaching,and the teaching effect of “internal medicine” is effective.
