潍坊市2型糖尿病患者自我管理现状及影响因素研究

Study on Self-management Status and Influencing Factors of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Weifang

目的了解目前潍坊市2 型糖尿病患者的自我管理与健康教育接受程度和水平,探讨提升患者自我管理水平的有效方法。方法采用健康教育水平与自我管理情况调查表对320 例2 型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,利用SPSS 统计软件分析影响自我管理情况的因素。结果通过对糖尿病患者健康管理状况进行单因素分析发现,从医程度、家庭支持系统、文化程度、口服药物相关知识和糖尿病基础知识差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中亲属学历、家庭支持系统状况差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论潍坊市糖尿病患者自我管理现状良好,患者的从医程度、文化程度、家庭支持系统以及对口服药物和糖尿病基础知识的了解程度是糖尿病患者健康管理状况的影响因素。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current level and acceptance of self- management and health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Weifang,and to explore effective ways to improve the level of self-management of patients. METHODS 320 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by questionnaires on health education level and self-management. The factors influencing self-management were analyzed by SPSS Statistics Software. RESULTS Through single factor analysis of health management status of diabetic patients,there were significant differences in medical level,family support system,education level,oral drug-related knowledge and basic knowledge of diabetes mellitus(P<0.05). The difference between family support system and calendar had statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The current situation of self-management of diabetic patients in Weifang was good. The influencing factors were the degree of medical treatment,education level,family support system and the knowledge of oral drugs and basic knowledge of diabetes mellitus.
