浓缩生长因子联合活性血浆蛋白凝胶注射在下睑区及鼻唇沟年轻化中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨浓缩生长因子(Concentrate growth factors,CGF)联合活性血浆蛋白凝胶(Activated plasma albumin gel,APAG)注射在下睑区及鼻唇沟年轻化中的临床应用价值。方法:选择30例改善双侧下睑皱纹、泪沟及鼻唇沟就医者,每个指标共包含60个治疗部位,使用Medifuge200变速离心机与APAG加热仪制备CGF及APAG,钝针与锐针结合注射CGF与APAG至下睑区、美学颧点,鼻唇沟区等部位,3周治疗1次,共3次,3次治疗后半年随访,采用相关评分量表对上述指标评分,(术前评分-术后6个月评分)=1为有效,大于1为显著有效。(有效部位+显著有效部位)/总部位为总有效率,随访术后6个月满意度。结果:所有就医者治疗后,下睑皱纹、泪沟、鼻唇沟显著有效率分别为53%、47%、30%,下睑皱纹、泪沟及鼻唇沟总有效率均为100%,术后半年所有就医者均表示满意,无明显并发症发生。结论:CGF联合APAG注射在改善下睑区及鼻唇沟老化中能有效减少下睑皱纹,恢复泪沟容量,减轻鼻唇沟老化程度,且制备简单,操作方便,在临床面部年轻化及抗衰老等方面具有较高的应用价值及前景。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of concentrate growth factors(CGF) combined with activated plasma albumin gel(APAG) in the rejuvenation of lower eyelid and nasolabial groove. Methods 30 beauty seekers, expecting to improve bilateral lower eyelids wrinkles, lacrimal groove and nasolabial groove, were selected to the investigation. Each indicator contained 60 injection sites. The CGF and APAG were prepared by Medifuge 200 variable speed centrifuge and APAG heater. Through blunt and sharp needles, CGF and APAG were injected into lower eyelids, malar point and nasolabial groove.The treatment was performed every 3 weeks for 3 times, and followed up half a year after 3 treatments. The targeted region were scored by the relevant rating scale. The preoperative score was subtracted from the score of half a year after treatment.The difference equaling to one is valid, and the difference being greater than one is significantly effective. The sum of effective and significant effective parts as a percentage of headquarters is the total effective rate. The satisfaction survey was performed in every beauty seeker. Results After treatment, the lower eyelids wrinkles have a markedly effective rate of 53%, the lacrimal groove has a markedly effective rate of 47%, the nasolabial fold has a markedly effective rate of 30%, and the total effective rate of the lower eyelids wrinkles, lacrimal groove and nasolabial groove is 100%. All participants were satisfied with no obvious complications. Conclusion Under simple preparation process and convenient operation, CGF combined with APAG injection can effectively reduce the lower eyelids wrinkles, restore volume of lacrimal groove and decrease the degree of aging in nasolabial groove so that this treatment method has high application value and prospect in clinical facial rejuvenation and anti-aging.
