海外网络嵌入与国际化速度对技术创新的影响

Effects of Overseas Network Embeddedness and Internationalization Speed on Technology Innovation

结合国际化与创新管理理论,构建了海外网络嵌入对技术创新的影响机制模型。基于长三角地区314家外向型制造企业问卷数据的实证结果发现,相较于利用式技术创新,海外网络嵌入对探索式技术创新的影响更显著;初始国际化速度强化了海外网络嵌入与技术创新的关系,后续国际化速度在海外网络嵌入与技术创新关系中具有差异化调节作用。该研究揭示了海外网络嵌入与技术创新的内在作用机理,对于企业主动嵌入海外网络和促进技术创新具有启示意义。

Combined internationalization with innovation management theory,the paper constructs an impact mechanism model of overseas network embeddedness on technology innovation.Based on the questionnaire survey of 314 export-oriented manufacturing enterprises in China's Yangtze River Delta region,the results indicate that: overseas network embeddedness has a stronger influence on exploitative technology innovation than leveraging technology innovation.Initial entry speed strengthens the relationship between overseas network embeddedness and technological innovation,but post entry speed has a different moderating function between overseas network embeddedness and technology innovation.The results reveal the internal mechanism between overseas network embeddedness and technology innovation,and how to provide advice for enterprises to embed overseas networks and improve technology innovation.
