区域协同视角下城市群科技创新与经济产出效率时空分异研究——以武汉城市圈为例 被引量:24

Efficiency Research on Spatial-Temporal Differentiation of Innovation and Transformation of City Group from the Perspective of Coordination——A Case of Wuhan Metropolitan Area

摘要 城市群区域协同发展格局对城市群中心城市和其它成员城市科技创新、经济产出均产生巨大影响。运用DEA模型,对2007-2016年武汉城市圈9个城市科技创新和经济产出两个阶段效率进行测算,发现武汉城市圈两个阶段的科技创新效率时空分异明显,成员城市和中心城市效率差距呈现先缩小后扩大趋势,制约了城市圈整体效率提高。鉴于此,应在在城市圈未来发展中,不断强化区域协同政策效用,持续优化中心城市与成员城市科技资源配置,合理规划科技发展空间布局,推动区域科技创新和经济产出效率整体提高。 The collaborative development pattern of city group has a tremendous impact on the innovation and the transformation of the urban centers and other member cities.Taking the Wuhan city circle as an example,calculating the efficiency of the two stages of the innovation and transformation of nine cities in the Wuhan city circle during 2007-2016 based on the two-phase DEA model.The study finds that the spatial-temporal differentiation of two-stage efficiency in Wuhan Metropolitan Area is clear,and the efficiency gap between member cities and central cities shows a narrowing and then expansion trend,which restricts the improvement of the overall efficiency of all.Accordingly,it is proposed that in the process of the development of city groups in the future,attention should be paid to strengthening the effectiveness of coordination policies,optimizing the distribution of scientific and technological resources among central cities and member cities,and rationally planning the spatial layout of the development of the central cities,and promoting regional development.The overall improvement of scientific and innovation and transformation efficiency.
