摘要
乙腈不但是优良的溶剂,还是非常重要的精细化工有机中间体,并广泛用于极性非质子溶剂。乙腈主要是通过丙烯氨氧化来获得粗乙腈,再对粗乙腈进行分离、提纯精制而成。从现有合成乙腈工艺进行综述,分析各种工艺特点和不足之处,认为乙醇氨化脱氢工艺最有可能实现工业化,并建设独立商业运行的精细化工装置。
Acetonitrile is not only good solvent,but also very important organic intermediate of fine chemicals and widely used as polar aprotic solvent.Acetonitrile mainly produces by propylene ammoxidation to obtain coarse acetonitrile,then separation and purification of coarse acetonitrile are carried out to gent purified acetonitrile.Existing acetonitrile synthesis technology were summarized,technical characteristics and deficiencie were analyzed.Ammoniation dehydrogenation of ethanol is the most likely to be industrialized process to construct independent business fine chemical plant.
