摘要 基于BIM技术的虚拟施工通过高性能计算机运用可视化的BIM技术对装配式建筑施工活动中的人、材、机等诸多信息进行全面仿真再现,根据预先看到的施工过程和结果,及时采取预防措施进行风险控制,不仅对建设单位、设计单位和施工单位具有应用价值,而且对构件生产单位和运营管理单位均有不同程度的应用价值。 The virtual construction based on BIM technology uses the high-performance computer to use the visualized BIM technology to fully reproduce the information of people,materials and machines in the prefabricated building construction activities.According to the construction process and results seen in advance,preventive measures are taken in time.Risk control not only has application value to construction units,design units and construction units,but also has different application value to component production units and operation management units.
