摘要
为了验证机械重复刻划工艺对成形材料加工硬化的影响,分析了机械重复刻划中加工硬化层的组成及试验测试方法,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检测正交刻划所得试样横截面方向的微观组成,研究了加工硬化层的显微组成和加工硬化层深度影响规律;利用显微硬度仪试验方法研究、验证不同刻深组合对机械重复刻划过程中加工硬化层厚度和加工硬化程度的影响关系。
In order to verify the effect of mechanical repetition ruling on the work hardening of formed materials,the composition of the work hardening layer and the test method are analyzed.The microstructure of the sample in the cross section direction with orthogonal ruling is detected by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM).The microstructure of working hardening layer and the influence of working hardening layer depth are also studied.The effect of different ruling depth combinations on the thickness and degree of work hardening in the process of mechanical repetition ruling are studied and verified by means of microhardness instrument test method.
