摘要 利用传统三坐标机测量航空叶片等复杂曲面的方式已不能满足企业的测量需求,本文设计开发了一套激光快速测量平台,并进行了相应的软件开发。针对航空叶片进排气边测量困难这一现状,应用测量系统对航空叶片轮廓信息进行了实测,测试结果表明所建系统能够满足生产测量的要求,具有较好的实用性和有效性,本项研究为航空叶片高效测量提供了一种有效的途径。 The traditional three-coordinate machine to measure complex curved surfaces such as aviation blades can not meet the measurement needs of enterprises.A laser rapid measurement platform and carried out corresponding software development is designed and developed.Aiming at the difficulty of measuring the inlet and exhaust of aviation blades,the measurement system is used to measure the profile information of aviation blades.The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of production measurement and has good practicability and effectiveness.This study provides an effective way for efficient measurement of aerospace blades.
