摘要
介绍了双级动叶可调轴流风机动平衡的研究现状以及影响系数法在现场动平衡中的应用原理,分析了该类风机在制造厂和运行现场的结构及安装条件差异,指出小试重现场动平衡时常出现配重质量较大及振动异常等问题;从理论角度分析并指出病态方程、影响系数畸变以及影响系数动态变化是造成问题的三种可能原因。为进一步确认问题产生的原因,设计并完成三组现场动平衡对比试验。实验结果表明影响系数畸变是造成小试重时异常的根本原因。本研究为双级动叶可调轴流风机现场动平衡人员的动平衡质量和动平衡效率提供帮助。
The current research status on dynamic balance of the two-stage adjustable blade axial flow fan and the principle of influence coefficient method on field dynamic balance was introduced,the difference between the structure and the installation condition of the fan in the factory and the operation site was analyzed,and that large mass of counter-weights and severe vibration etc often appeared when balancing with little mass of trial weight was pointed out.Then it was pointed out that the ill-conditioned equation,distortion of the influence coefficient and variation of influence coefficient was the three possible causes of the problem.To further identify the cause of the problem,three groups of field dynamic balance experiments was designed and carried out.The results showed that distortion of the coefficient was the root reason of fan abnormality.It is helpful for improving the dynamic balance quality and dynamic balance efficiency of the two-stage adjustable blade axial flow fan.
