摘要
概念设计阶段识别潜在的有害功能,是提高产品设计方案可行性与可靠性的有效途径。有害功能衍生过程的研究是有害功能识别的基础。首先分析基于流的有害功能产生过程,其次建立适合于有害功能研究的功能-效应-状态模型及其符号系统,在此基础上构建了有害功能衍生过程模型,利用模型推演潜在的有害功能并利用模糊方法中的隶属函数来确定潜在有害功能的阈值,实现概念设计阶段对潜在有害功能的识别;最后以ATM机纠偏模块的创新设计过程验证了理论的实用性和有效性。
To identify the potential harmful function in the phase of conceptual design can be an effective way to improve the feasibility and reliability of product design scheme.Study on the process of harmful functional derivation is the basis of the identification of harmful function.Firstly,analysed the production process of harmful function based on flow;Secondly,established the function-effect-state model and its symbolic system for the study of harmful function,and then established the derivation process model of harmful functional,deducted the potential harmful function and used the membership function in fuzzy method to determine the threshold of potential harmful function,which can finish the identification of harmful function in the phase of conceptual design.Finally,verified the practicability and validity of the theory with the innovation design process of rectifying model of ATM.
