青春期女生的受忽视程度及其影响因素

Adolescent neglect and its influencing factors in girls

目的 探讨青春期女生的受忽视程度及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取青春期女生1068人,其中处于青春早期者283人,处于青春中期者477人,处于青春晚期者308人。对纳入的女生进行忽视度的问卷调查,并分析忽视度的影响因素。结果青春早期、青春中期、青春晚期女生的身体层面忽视度依次升高(均P<0.05)。青春中期及青春晚期女生的情感、教育、安全、医疗、社会层面忽视度及总忽视度均高于青春早期女生(均P<0.05),但青春中期与青春晚期女生间的忽视度差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。父亲文化程度、与父母的关系及青春期时期均为青春期女生忽视度的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论青春中晚期女生受忽视程度高于青春早期女生,家庭因素也是青春期女生受忽视程度的重要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the adolescent neglect and its influencing factors in girls. Methods A total of 1 068 adolescent girls were recruited by cluster random sampling method,including 283 girls in early adolescence, 477 girls in middle adolescence and 308 girls in late adolescence.A questionnaire survey on adolescent neglect was conducted in the girls enrolled,and the factors influencing neglect were analyzed. Results The neglect of body increased in the girls in early adolescence,middle adolescence and late adolescence successively(all P <0.05).The girls in middle and late adolescence had higher neglect of emotion,education,security,health care,and society,and higher total neglect compared with the girls in early adolescence(all P <0.05),but no statistically significant difference in neglect was found between the girls in middle and late adolescence(all P >0.05).Educational level of father, relation with parents,and being in the adolescence were influencing factors of neglect in adolescent girls(all P <0.05). Conclusion Girls in middle and late adolescence have higher neglect than girls in early adolescence,family factor is also an important factor influencing adolescent neglect in girls.
