介绍了0.20~0.33mm超薄浮法玻璃生产在线切割的工艺过程和切割原理。在理论指导下对切割参数进行在线调试,确定了刀轮的齿形、齿数、角度和刀轮压力等关键参数。

On-line cutting process and cutting principle for 0.20~0.33mm ultra-thin float glass was briefly described.Under the guidance of the theoretical principle the cutting parameters were adjusted on line and the critical parameters,such as tooth shape,tooth number,angle and pressure of cutter wheel,etc.were determined.
