动力锂离子电池玻璃封接技术的专利文献综述

摘要 动力锂离子电池的电极极柱的气密性封接或密封性关系到电池的安全性和使用寿命。本文对电池电极极柱的封接专利技术做了较全面的叙述和总结。在简介了电极极柱的塑料密封技术和陶瓷金属化密封技术之后,本文重点考察了电极极柱的玻璃封接技术,包括电极极柱密封结构的设计,相关封接玻璃配方的进展,玻璃密封技术所面临的挑战,以及玻璃封接技术的未来发展方向等。随着对动力电池和电动车辆的安全性、使用寿命和制造成本的要求,第3代电极极柱玻璃封接技术将在不久的将来扮演越来越重要的角色。 The service life and safety of a high energy(or automobile)lithium ion battery are strongly dependent on the hermetic sealing of its electrically conductive pins(or poles).The purpose of this paper is to review and summarize the domestic and foreign patents on the hermetic sealing technologies.After briefly reviewing the plastic material sealing and the metalized ceramic material sealing technology,this paper has paid much attention to the glass sealing technology,including the design of the sealing configuration,the compositions of the sealing glasses,challenges and the directions of future development.It could be optimistically believed that with the increasing demands on high safety,long life,and low cost of the battery-driven vehicles,glass-sealed feed-throughs and the resultant power lithium ion batteries will increasingly play an active and important role in the near future.
