电子显示玻璃生产用原材料关键指标及检测方法综述

A Review on Key Performance Indicators of Raw Materials and Their Testing Methods for Electronic Display Glass

主要综述了电子显示玻璃生产用原材料的关键指标及检测方法,其中关键指标包括原材料主成分含量、杂质含量、粒度、水分烧失量,这些指标在电子玻璃生产中意义重大。结合主要原材料生产工艺对原材料质量影响因素,以及选用检测方法和检测时的注意事项,针对各种原材料关键指标的检测进行了介绍。

The key performance indicators of raw materials and their testing methods for electronic display glass were reviewed in the present paper.The key performance indicators were composed of main contents in chemical composition,impurities,grain size distribution and loss of ignition,etc.which were of important significance in electronic display glass production.Aiming at the test of key performance combined with the influences of producing processes on the quality of the raw materials,as well as selection of proper testing methods and the points for attention,the tests for various raw materials were described.
