伴随着电子阅读的日趋兴起和快速发展,电子阅读逐步成为国民阅读的主要方式之一。在电子阅读时代背景下,作为人类知识和信息守门人的图书馆,迫切需要转型。文章主要通过馆藏资源建设、馆员队伍转变、图书馆服务三个方面来探讨、分析、阐述高校图书馆转型面临的挑战和机遇,为高校图书馆发展提供参考。

Electronic reading has been emerging as a major way of civil reading with its rising and rapid development.In the era of electronic reading, libraries, as gatekeepers of human knowledge and information, are in urgent need of transformation.The paper mainly approaches the challenges and opportunities for university libraries in the era of E-reading from three aspects—construction of collection resources, librarians, and services,so as to provide reference for the development of university libraries.
