摘要
安装换档机构中的自锁钢球专用工具包括圆棒,长为50~60mm,直径为10mm;该圆棒一端设有与斜面,斜面倾斜角α为15°~30°,高度H为4~6mm,深度W为5~8mm,所圆棒上斜面是具有椭圆弧线截面特征的曲面。设计采用直径为12mm的圆棒通过车、铣两种加工方法加工而成的简易实用的装配工具,结构合理简单易造,使用方便快捷,提高了工作效率,适合广泛推广使用。
The special tool for self-locking steel ball in the gear shifting mechanism comprises a round bar with a length of 50-60 mm and a diameter of 10 mm;one end of the round bar is provided with a sloped surface, the inclined angle α of the inclined surface is 15 °-30 °, and the height H is 4 ~ 6 mm, depth W is 5 ~ 8 mm, and the inclined surface on the round bar is a curved surface with elliptical arc cross-section features. The design adopts a simple and practical assembly tool which is processed by two processing methods of 12 mm diameter round rod. The structure is reasonable, simple and easy to manufacture, convenient and quick to use, and the work efficiency is improved, which is suitable for widespread use.
