不压井修井机过程控制研究

摘要 不压井井机是一种有效修井装置,这种修井机不需要使用泥浆压井,在水井不放喷前提下能够利用进口自封防喷器对井内压力进行封堵,这种操作能够有效避免将高密度以及低渗透油气井压死,对于油井不会产生损伤,因此在油气井修井中应用比较广泛。对不压井修井机工作原理进行分析,探究其主要控制系统设计要素,为不压井修井机过程控制提供一些参考思路。 The non-pressing well is an effective workover device. This type of workover rig does not require the use of mud killing. It can use the imported self-sealing blowout preventer to seal the pressure in the well without spraying the well. It can effectively avoid crushing high-density and low-permeability oil and gas wells, and it will not cause damage to oil wells. Therefore,it is widely used in oil and gas wells. The working principle of the well-free workover rig is analyzed, and the main control system design elements are explored to provide some reference ideas for the process control of the sluice-free workover rig.
