摘要 设计了一种反吹式空气滤清器,当压差传感器显示压差阻力高于上限值时,由压差传感器将阻力值信息传给中央处理器,处理器接收信号并运算后发出指令,自洁系统接收到信号开始工作;电磁阀接到信号后,按程序控制电磁阀工作,瞬间释放出压缩空气,经喷嘴整流后,自滤筒内部反吹滤筒,将滤料外表面的粉尘吹落,阻力随之下降,进而增加滤清器使用寿命。 A backflush air filter is designed. When the differential pressure sensor shows that the differential pressure resistance is higher than the upper limit value, the differential pressure sensor transmits the resistance value information to the central processing unit, and the processor receives the signal and operates to issue an instruction. The self-cleaning system receives the signal and starts to work;after the solenoid valve receives the signal, the solenoid valve is controlled according to the program,and the compressed air is instantaneously released. After the nozzle is rectified, the filter cartridge is internally blown from the inside of the filter cartridge, and the outer surface of the filter material is As the dust blows, the resistance decreases, which in turn increases the filter life.
