摘要
石横特钢集团炼钢厂需要两台下旋转挂梁起重机吊运钢坯,由于集团机制公司制作。在使用中,出现了钢坯夹钳连接部位变形问题,通过对变形位置分析,将原夹钳与挂梁刚性连接改为吊环柔性连接方式,消除了故障,解决了挂梁变形隐患。
The Shiheng Special Steel Group Steel Plant requires two lower-rotating beam cranes to lift the billets, which are produced by the Group Machinery Company. In use, the deformation problem of the connection part of the steel billet clamp appears. By analyzing the deformation position, the rigid connection between the original clamp and the hanging beam is changed into the flexible connection mode of the lifting ring, which eliminates the fault and solves the hidden danger of the hanging beam deformation.
