摘要
利用CW61100普通车床切削加工几何精度要求较高的大型工件时,由于机床加工特点和结构决定了很难保证较高的精度比如圆度,换句话说,车床加工工艺范围受到了限制。对CW61100普通车床上的磨削装置进行优化改进,不仅解决了上述质量问题,而且提高了加工效率。
When using the CW61100 ordinary lathe to cut large workpieces with high geometrical accuracy requirements,it is difficult to ensure high precision such as roundness due to the machining characteristics and structure of the machine. In other words, the range of lathe processing technology is limited.The optimization and improvement of the grinding device on the CW61100 common lathe not only solves the abovementioned quality problems, but also improves the processing efficiency.
