摘要
采用MIG焊对母材进行焊接,研究焊接参数对焊缝成型的影响,结果表明,MIG焊焊接过程中,焊接参数焊接电流、焊接电压和焊接速度对焊缝形状影响显著,焊接电流、焊接电压及焊接速度对焊缝余高和熔宽影响差异很大。
MIG welding was used to weld the base metal,and the influence of welding parameters on the weld formation was studied. The results show that during the MIG welding process, the welding parameters welding current, welding voltage and welding speed have a significant influence on the weld shape, welding current and welding voltage. And the welding speed has a great influence on the weld height and the width of the weld.
