摘要
天盈石化在线气相色谱分析系统中分为样气预处理系统和色谱分析仪。色谱分析仪相对其他自控仪表,结构和原理更加精密和复杂,所以与其他在线仪表维护相比,色谱分析仪维护存在困难较多。针对气相色谱分析仪结构和工作原理进行说明,并介绍色谱在使用过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。
Tianying Petrochemical online gas chromatography analysis system is divided into sample gas pretreatment system and chromatographic analyzer. Compared with other self-control instruments, the chromatographic analyzer is more precise and complicated in structure and principle, so it is more difficult to maintain the chromatographic analyzer than other online instrument maintenance. Explain the structure and working principle of the gas chromatograph analyzer, and introduce the problems and solutions encountered during the use of the chromatograph.
