摘要 针对工匠精神融入高职数控实训教学实践展开深入研究,重点论述了工匠精神融入高职数控实训教学中存在的问题,如缺少深入培养内容、教学模式不合理以及实训课程工匠精神培养教育体系不完善等;然后总结了几点可行的完善对策,如深度挖掘工匠精神资源内容、加强工匠精神实践活动、制定完善的实训课程工匠精神培养体系以及构建工匠精神的校园文化等,充分彰显工匠精神应用价值,促进高职数控实训教学顺利推进,实现工匠精神和高职数控实训教学有机整合。 In-depthstudyontheintegrationof craftsmanship into the teaching practice of high-level numerical control training, focusing on the problems existing in the integration of craftsmanship into high-level numerical control training, such as lack of in-depth training content, unreasonable teaching mode and training of craftsmanship The system is imperfect, etc.;then summarizes several feasible and perfect countermeasures, such as deep excavation of the craftsman’s spiritual resources, strengthening the craftsman’s spiritual practice, formulating a perfect training course, craftsmanship culture system, and building a campus culture of craftsmanship.The application value of craftsmanship spirit promotes the smooth advancement of numerical control training in higher vocational education, and realizes the organic integration of artisan spirit and high-level numerical control training.
