浅谈液压实验设备的开发与运用

摘要 《液压传动与气压传动技术》是一门侧重于应用技术的课程,传统的教学以理论为主,运用课件演示作为辅助教学手段,这种教学方式无法提高学生的学习兴趣,不能使学生真正掌握该课程的知识和技能。因此,通过具有多种操作方法和控制方式,可以模拟实际机械设备的液压控制系统,进行方向、压力以及速度等控制回路实验的液压实验设备开发与运用充分,既满足了学生实验要求,又提高了学生的实际动手能力和知识技能水平。另外,设备开发过程也进一步增强了所有参与教师的科研能力和水平,项目开发和设备实验室的实际用运具有非常重要的意义。 "HydraulicTransmissionandPneumatic Transmission Technology" is a course focusing on applied technology.Traditionalteachingis basedontheory,and courseware demonstration is used as an auxiliary teaching method.This teaching method cannot improve students’ interest in learning and cannot make students truly master. The knowledge and skills of the course. Therefore, by having a variety of operating methods and control methods, the hydraulic control system of the actual mechanical equipment can be simulated, and the hydraulic experimental equipment for the control loop experiments such as direction, pressure and speed can be fully developed and utilized,which not only satisfies the experimental requirements of the students, but also improves The students’ practical skills and knowledge skills. In addition, the equipment development process has further enhanced the research capabilities and levels of all participating teachers, and the practical use of project development and equipment laboratories is of great significance.
