我国校园足球标准化建设现状与发展启示

Current Situation and Development Enlightenment of Standardization Construction of Campus Football in China

为了推动我国校园足球健康快速发展,运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,从校园足球不同阶段的顶层设计和标准化建设的作用阐述了校园足球标准化建设的必要性。通过分析现阶段校园足球标准化建设状况发现校园足球标准化建设已经取得了有目共睹的成绩,但体系构建不全,基础理论欠缺,重视程度不足,落实行动不畅仍是阻碍校园足球标准化建设进程的主要问题。研究认为加强宣传,强化意识,提高政策执行力;重视基础理论研究,借鉴学习发达国家宝贵经验;加快构建监督评价机制等标准化建设辅助手段可以促进我国校园足球健康快速发展。

In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of campus football in China, this paper uses the methods of documentation, logical reasoning and so on , expounds the necessity of standardization construction from functions of standardization construction and top-level design in different stages of campus football.By analyzing the current situation of campus football standardization construction, it is found that the standardization construction of campus football has made obvious achievements, however, incomplete system construction, lack of basic theory, insufficient attention and poor implementation are still the main problems hindering the process of standardization construction of campus football. It is believed that strengthening propaganda, consolidating awareness, improving policy implementation, paying attention to basic theoretical research, learning from the valuable experience of developed countries, accelerating the construction of supervision and evaluation mechanism can promote the healthy and rapid development of campus football in China.
