摘要
采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法对MHL联赛2018—2019赛季64场常规赛中我国的优秀前锋、后卫与联赛排名前30位的前锋、后卫的身高、体重和BMI指数的平均数特征、位置平均数特征、运动员的场上各项技术特征统计并进行对比分析。结果表明:国内外优秀冰球运动员的身高、体重、BMI指数不存在显著性差异,但国外后卫比我国后卫的体重重6.3kg,身高高2.6cm;场上的技术统计数据表明,国内外运动员的上场时间及次数、射门次数及成功率、争球次数及成功率均存在显著性差异,说明目前我国与国外优秀冰球运动员的差距不在身体形态上,而是在个人的体能水平、滑行能力、控球能力、射门技术、传接球技术、运动素质和战术的配合上。建议我国运动员在今后的训练中要加强力量、速度、灵敏等运动素质的训练,使其身体机能与运动素质满足冰球项目的需要,更主要的是提高个人技术水平,特别是滑行技术、控球能力、传接球技术、各类射门技术,并提升战术配合的能力。
By using the methods of documentation, video observation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the average characteristics, position average characteristics and technical characteristics of Chinese excellent forwards, guards and top 30 forwards, guards′height, weight and BMI index in 64 regular matches of MHL League in the 2018-2019 season. The results showed that there were no significant differences in height, weight and BMI between domestic and foreign elite hockey players, but the weight of foreign guards was 6.3kg and the height was 2.6cm higher than that of Chinese guards. On the field of the statistic data show that domestic and foreign athletes playing time and frequency, number and the success rate of shoot jump ball number and the success rate in significant difference, that at present our country the gap with foreign athletes is not in the physical form, but on a personal level of physical fitness, coasting ability, ball control, shooting, passing, movement quality and tactics. Advise our country athletes in training in the future to strengthen hockey projects need strength training, speed training the sports quality of training, sensitivity and the body function and quality to meet the needs of the project, more major is to raise the level of individual technique, especially glide, ball control, passing, all kinds of finishing technology, enhance the cooperation ability.
