开胸术后胸骨切口感染裂开的临床治疗

Clinical treatment of incisional infection and dehiscence after thoractomy

近年开胸术后胸骨切口感染裂开的患者发病率逐年增高,大多数外科医生对这种疾病认识不全面。笔者根据胸骨切口感染裂开的严重程度,并参照开胸术后难愈性伤口外科分级标准提出针对性治疗建议,探讨常规换药、负压引流技术、富血小板血浆、肌皮瓣治疗开胸术后胸骨切口感染裂开的临床疗效,以期为这类患者的治疗提供临床参考。

The incidence of rupture of sternal incision infection after thoracotomy is increasing year by year.Most surgeons are not well aware of this disease.Based on the severity of the sternal incision infection,we propose targeted treatment based on the surgical grading for refractory wounds after thoracotomy and explore the clinical efficacy of sternal incision infection after thoracotomy treated by the conventional dressing change,negative pressure wound therapy,plateletrich plasma,and musculocutaneous flap treatment,so as to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of such patients.
