摘要
高职院校对学生的管理逐渐从管理者统一规划安排向学生自我管理的模式发展,通过构建一站式学生服务体系,打造大覆盖、多功能、全部门的一站式服务窗口,提升了服务效率与质量。常州信息职业技术学院(以下简称“常信院”)学生服务中心通过对各高职院校已建服务体系的详细研究和宏观分析,以学生服务体系为基础,以“MSE”学生素质提升工程为依托,以学生自我管理为导向,探索以自我管理为目标的全新学生服务理念。
Higher vocational college student management is now gradually changing from administrator's unified planning to students' selfmanagement. The construction of one-stop student service system and service windows with broad coverage, multi-function, and all departments could improve service efficiency and quality. Through detailed study and macroscopic analysis on built-up service systems in higher vocational colleges, Changzhou College of Information Technology develops a broad-new student service concept, which is based on student service system, supported by "MSE" student quality improvement project, oriented by student self-management and aimed at student self-management.
