摘要
为有效回收钴基催化剂费托合成水中高附加值的醇类产品,提高煤间接液化装置的经济和环保效益,开发了一种采用精馏-渗透汽化联合(D-PV-D)的新工艺。应用PRO/II 流程模拟软件对该分离工艺进行了全流程模拟,并对关键工艺参数进行优化。通过该工艺与本文提出的另外一种萃取精馏(D-ED)工艺对比分析,D-PV-D工艺具有流程简单,醇产品回收率高,能耗低,操作简便等突出优点。
In order to effectively recover the high value-added alcohol products in thecobalt-based catalyst Fischer-Tropsch water and improve the economic and environmental benefits of the coal indirect liquefaction plant, a new process technology using distillation-pervaporation combined (D-PV-D) is developed. The whole process simulation of the separation process is carried out by using PRO/II process simulation software, and the key process parameters are optimized. Through the comparison and analysis of the other extractive distillation (D-ED) process technology proposed in this paper, the D-PV-D process has the advantages of simple process flow, high recovery rate of alcohol products, low energy consumption and easy operation.
