武汉地区装配式民居建筑的个性化设计探索

Exploration on Personalized Design of Prefabricated Construction in Wuhan

随着住宅产业化的发展,当前政府主导的新农村改造、小城镇建设开始尝试采用装配式建筑技术进行大规模建设,各地的村民也开始订购装配式住宅,而农民个性化需求复杂性与装配式建筑设计单调性的矛盾也随之日益突出。本文对国内外装配式民居建筑的个性化设计手段、流程进行总结比较,并以标准化、模块化作为设计前提,以武汉市新洲区某民居设计作为研究对象,探索如何通过模块化设计,满足当地民众的个性化需求,延续传统建筑元素,形成多样的个性化建筑形式语言。

With the industrialization of the residence, the prefabricated construction techniques are gradually and widely used in the renovation of new rural houses led by the government currently and in the construction of small towns. The villagers begin to buy prefabricated houses. As a consequence, the contradiction between the complex personalized demands of the farmers and the plain design of prefabricated house becomes outstanding gradually. This paper summarizes and compares the means of personalized designs of prefabricated residential buildings and their processes at home and abroad. Based on the design idea of standardization and modularization,this paper takes the design of a residential building in Xinzhou District, Wuhan as an example to explore how to meet the personalized demand of the local residents through modular design, inherit the traditional construction elements and form a variety of personalized codes for architecture.
