类型学视野下大学城共享空间布局模式探究

Study on the Layout Pattern of Shared Space in University Town from the Perspective of Typology

伴随着"科教兴国"理念的兴起,知识时代悄然来临,各大城市为了适应高等教育的扩招与改革,纷纷提出建设大学城的构想。在多元化与国际化的时代背景之下,大学与社会之间的互动趋于频繁,从封闭独立的象牙塔逐渐演化成产学研一体化的科技园,并衍生出门类众多的共享空间。文章从相关大学城规划的归纳总结入手,剖析大学城与城市之间的联系,并基于类型学的引导建构宏观、中观、微观三种不同层面下的大学城共享空间布局模式,以期为相关规划提供参考。

With the rise of the concept of "rejuvenating the country through science and education", the era of knowledge has quietly arrived, and major cities have proposed the idea of building a university town in order to adapt to the expansion of higher education and reform. Under the background of diversification and internationalization, the interaction between universities and society tends to be frequent from the closed and independent ivory tower to the science and technology park integrating production, education and research together, and deprives many shared spaces. This paper starts with the summary of relevant university town planning, analyzes the relationship between university city and the city, and constructs the layout pattern of university city shared space under three different levels of macro, meso and micro under the guidance of the typology in order to provide a reference for relevant planning.
