Discussion on Cost Control of Road and Bridge Construction Project Based on Target Cost Management

桥梁施工项目具有工程规模大、项目周期长、投入资金多等特点,因而导致目标成本控制难度大。鉴于此,文章将从目标成本的制定与分解切入,探究路桥项目目标成本控制,详细分析项目成本执行情况,获得控制项目成本的有效方法,旨在促进我国路桥建设与发展。

Bridge construction project has the characteristics of large scale, long cycle and large investment, which leads to difficulties in the control of target costs. In order to promote the construction and development of road and bridge in China, this paper will cut in from the formation and breakdown of target costs, explore the target cost control of road and bridge projects, analyze the implementation of project costs in detail and obtain the effective methods to control project costs.
