摘要
2017年我国出台的《省级空间规划试点方案》,对空间规划管理体制机制改革创新进行了探索。本文选取了英国、德国、荷兰和日本四个国家,深度解析了其空间规划决策管理体系,并对其空间规划决策管理体系的异同点进行了比较分析,期望为我国空间规划管理体制机制创新提供新的思路。
In 2017, the state promulgated the "Provincial Spatial Planning Pilot Program" to explore the reform of planning management system and mechanism. This paper chooses four countries, namely Britain, Germany, Netherlands and Japan, to deeply analyze their spatial planning decision-making management system, and analyzes and compares their similarities and differences, hoping to provide new ideas and inspiration for the innovation of spatial planning management system and mechanism in China.
